Our experience in the alternative dispute area includes being an arbitrator for hundreds of cases. We have arbitrated cases that range from a couple thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar disputes.
We have done so for the American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, and privately.

We advocate zealously for our clients, but appreciate the issues of the opposing parties. We work hard and use our creativity to reach a resolution that pleases our clients prior to expensive and stressful litigation.
