About

Strong Reputation Built on Very Satisfied Clients

We resolve legal challenges for our clients, putting them in a better place and giving them peace of mind during and after the process.

Essence of Firm

We approach legal issues by providing excellent two-way communications, thoughtful analysis, and creativity, all for our clients' best interests.

When Ken started his firm in 2010, he was committed to a different type of law firm. It was essential to him that Eisner Law provide the highest quality of work in areas of which he is well-versed, including referring matters to his colleagues for which he was not comfortable.

He is committed to utilizing his legal skills but also reducing the stress level of clients, charging reasonable fees, and utilizing his creativity to structure transactions and resolve disputes. Ken is confident that he is achieving all of those goals.

Ken Eisner

Ken grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981. Ken's passion for law started at Penn State when he singlehandedly successfully challenged the University's unfettered permission to schedule exams on religious holidays.

Upon graduation from Penn State, Ken attended George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, DC, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Ken began practicing law in September, 1984. Twenty-five years later, after being a partner with a few private practices, Ken decided to take his passion for the law and open his firm, EISNER LAW, PC.

While Ken’s favorite part of practicing law is helping people, Ken is also proud of being instrumental in (a) the legalization in Pennsylvania of marijuana for medical use; and (b) drafting Pennsylvania legislation for exemptions for institutions of public charity.

Ken's passion for the law is exceeded only by his family, namely his wife, Jodi and two daughters, Carly and Jamie... and to a lesser extent his two dogs Lilly and Riley. When Ken is not working or spending time with his family, he likes to exercise, does improvisational comedy and officiates weddings (www.kenimarryyou.com). He is a past president of his synagogue, Temple Ohav Shalom. He is also a mentor for students at the Penn State University School of Liberal Arts as well as a Board of Trustees member of The Greater Allegheny Educational Foundation.

We Bridge G.A.P.s
