Why Us

We've been helping clients for over 40 years.

We care, we only do what we do well, and our fees are reasonable.

We are great at what we do.

Ken has been practicing law since 1984. With over 40 years of experience, Ken knows what he is doing in the areas of business law, healthcare law, estate planning and administration and alternative dispute resolution. Eisner Law has grown almost exclusively by word-of-mouth of our very satisfied clients. Just check out some of the testimonials.

We make sure we're the right fit for the job.

We don't take on clients or matters if we don't believe that we are the perfect choice. If the issue is not one that we do well, we will refer the client to an excellent attorney with whom we have great confidence.

A word from one of our clients...

At all times we felt extremely comfortable and reassured that Ken had our best interest at hand.

Rhonda & Mark Horvitz Business Owner

We care about our clients and dive right into the deep end for them.

Ken is as passionate about the law today as he was when he was a freshman at Penn State University and singlehandedly successfully challenged the University's unfettered permission to schedule exams on religious holidays. He gets to know his clients, cares about them, and is always looking out for their best interests.

Our fees are reasonable.

While our offices are warm and inviting, our clients don't walk into an office full of marble floors and spiral staircases for which we don't think they would want to pay.

Additionally, we only do the work that is necessary to further our clients' best interests. While many firms require their lawyers to bill a certain number of hours (regardless of need), we only bill the number of hours that are necessary to get our clients the best results.

As a very small way to pay back, we offer former and current veterans, first responders, and teachers a 10% discount.
